Hello all who pass by my page! My name is Brey, I've moved from the previous deviantArt accounts located below. (at bottom)

I'm not the most well-known artist, but I do like to socialize with other artists about art-related subjects, and also other amusing things.

Honestly, I love to gaze at other's artwork here on deviant art for quite some time until I absorb every detail. I don't actually use this technique to 'copy' or 'ripoff' fellow artists, but I pick up tips and odd techniques and such from other artists to help me develop my own style.

Personally, I can't be quite certain if artists begin drawing with their own style. When I started drawing, my style was ugly. I mean FUGLY. Then again I was quite young when I started, but whilst self-teaching I had countless influences from things I greatly enjoyed. Things, of course, like classical art, anime, cartoons, comic strips, books, and genuinely talented artists from dA and other places.

Here, I've created this account to, hopefully, boost my -career- in art as well as my art style. I only really enjoy self teaching myself art styles and techniques, but to be a professional, it seems I must have a formal education in the subject. Which sounds exciting, in all honesty.

I aspire to go to the Art Institute, possibly online or physically. It all depends on how the cards are played out.

Well for now, I have uploaded a handful of my older works. I hope to get a good amount of my best illustrations from certain stages in my learning to show the transitions between styles and techniques I have used, and also to show a bit how my real life has compromised or altered my work. Whether for better or worse is how the viewer interprets the image.

I'm hoping I can gather as many old friends and watchers from my previous two accounts to add to this one as I can, I'd love to stay in touch! Although, I may seem different on this particular account, seeing as I *hope* it will appear professional and mature.

So for now, this is all I have for this account. As it is nearly 5 AM and I am crazy tired.
